PROGRAMME
The length
of a Consortium Project varies
depending on the needs of the
participants. Previous projects have
lasted from 3 to 12 months and the
usual format consists of:
A survey
of sponsors, associations and end
user organisations on the topic
area.
A
project kick-off workshop with
expert presentations on the key
issues and state-of-the-art
Ongoing
needs analysis for each vendor
sponsor, including assessment of
potential benefits to sponsors and
clients
Monthly
meetings to compare progress and to
focus on specific issues identified

A menu
of short Web-based seminars devoted
to aspects of the project

closing conference to share
progress, findings and plans for
further development
A PR and
communications programme to present
the outcomes to the marketplace
