CONSORTIUM STUDIES

 

Consortium projects offer a variety of benefits for the participants, in particular enabling research that addresses strategic topics in conjunction with leading experts, associations and partners but at a reduced cost.


How does a Consortium Project work?
 

Each project is different but usually involves:
 

Sponsors
Determine the scope and objectives of the Project Topics
Provide input and feedback on Research
Receive branding and acknowledgements


User Organisations
Provide input to the project and are often the clients of sponsor organisations and recipients of services and delivery
Usually large companies and public sector organisations
Gain operational benefits and the sharing of knowledge and best practise
 

Industry Associations
Have a vested interest in the topic area
Offer expertise and resources to support the project
Gain knowledge-sharing and research outputs for members
 

The Project is managed by the Research Team consisting of project managers and researchers plus subject matter experts .
 

CIIT projects are managed by KnowledgePartners, a research company with extensive experience in the delivery of consortiums and individual research
projects.
