How does a Consortium Project
work?
Each project is different but
usually involves:

Determine the scope and objectives
of the Project Topics
Provide input and feedback on
Research
Receive branding and
acknowledgements
User Organisations
Provide input to the project and are
often the clients of sponsor
organisations and recipients of
services and delivery
Usually large companies and public
sector organisations
Gain operational benefits and the
sharing of knowledge and best
practise
Industry Associations
Have a vested interest in the topic
area
Offer expertise and resources to
support the project
Gain knowledge-sharing and research
outputs for members
The Project is managed by the
Research Team consisting of project
managers and researchers plus
subject matter experts .
CIIT projects are managed by
KnowledgePartners, a research
company with extensive experience in
the delivery of consortiums and
individual research
projects.
The Research Team also work with the
consortium members to ensure maximum
value can be obtained from the
research findings.
